Mark Horan

Mark is Executive Vice President and leader of the strategic communications and content practice. 

Mark has been a communications strategist for U.S. Senator Ed Markey and Somerville Mayor Joe Curtatone and has managed communications for five Massachusetts ballot initiatives in the last seven years.  From 2010 to 2017, he was Senior Vice President at Rasky Partner, where he ran the financial services, energy and technology practice, and managed clients such as Citizens Bank, Global Partners, and Uber.  He also provided crisis counsel to Massachusetts General Hospital and Deloitte Consulting, among others.

Previous to his work at Rasky, Mark was the executive director of MassNetComms, a telecommunications and technology trade group, which he eventually merged with the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Group.  He also served as vice president of government affairs for AT&T and director of communications for Engage, Inc., an online advertising company.  

Prior to his corporate work, Mark served as communications director and senior policy analyst for the United States House Subcommittee on Telecommunications and while working for the consulting firm Marttila and Kiley, worked on the campaigns of former Vice President Joseph Biden and former Congressmen Joseph Kennedy II and Barney Frank, among others.
